Service Prices 

Standard Service Rates are $70.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum, except for virus and spyware removal, which is a flat $140 rate.  After the first hour, customers are billed in 15 minute increments.  Within the first hour, we will give you a time estimate of how long it will take to repair or service your system.   If parts are required to repair our upgrade your computer, we will give you an estimate of these costs as well.  Payment is accepted in the forms of cash or major credit card.  Service rates for remote support are $20 for 0-30 minutes and $40 for 31-60 minutes.

Free Follow-Up Support


 

As part of our commitment to provide great computer service at an affordable price, our service includes a free follow-up support session, either remotely or on site, to ensure that your computer is working in optimal condition and that the problem for which you called us is actually solved.

 

We realize that satisfied customers will not only want to call us again should they have another computer issue or question, but they are also more likely to refer us to friends and family when needed.  Please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail or give us a call if you have a question or an issue with your computer after the service has been completed.

Our VIP Home Computer Support Plans are designed to offer you ongoing computer support to keep your computer system running in prime condition.  Having your computer under a VIP Support Plan can give you peace of mind by assuring you that your computer is adequately secured and is being regularly maintained.  You can also rest assured that you have a qualified computer technician at your disposal when the need for service arises.  Starting at just $50 per year, each plan offers a 20% discount on service rates, antivirus and antispyware protection and regular system maintenance.

All support plans are subject to a 12 month minimum term, payable annually via credit or cash payment. Plans cover computers within Chester County, Pennsylvania.  Computers outside of this area may include an extra charge.  Additional 'per PC' charge allows you to include additional computers located in your home the routine maintenance and antivirus/antispyware packages.  Online backup is not included with additional PC's.
