MTS Home Solutions was founded in 2006 to meet the growing needs of home computer users in Chester County, Pennsylvania and beyond.  While there are several companies which cater to the IT needs of small and medium-sized businesses, MTS focuses primarily on helping home computer users to have the best experience possible with the technology that they have.  We seek to set ourselves apart from the competition by offering great customer service at a price that home computer users can afford. 


Chris Ritchie - Founder/Technician

Chris Ritchie is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer who throroughly enjoys helping people to feel at ease with their computers.  During the week, Chris is the primarly IT support person for a large non-profit healthcare organization and supports more than 150 onsite and remote users. Friendly and personable, Chris is able to explain confusing technical issues in a way that everyday people can understand.

Problem Solved!
